Lunch, kid friendly. Been around forever
The rice was super bland everything is separate would not recommend but that’s my personal opinion the soap in the restroom was mixed with water which defaults the purpose of the soaps
Over cooked food each one our meals. Sweat sour pork, lemon chicken, spare ribs and shrimp toast. It was so over cooked couldn’t even eat it. The only thing that was good was the wonton soup
Fried rice I paid extra for was like over steamed rice with a hint of soy sauce. The food was burned and sauces were bland

Excellent variety of traditional along with unique Chinese cuisine. The super excellent & friendly staff can customize any order for health or taste! Hung Fong was the 1st Chinese restaurant in San Antonio and has the infamous florescent USA & Chinese flags on the ceiling. They never disappoint!

I have visited Hung Fong since I was a child growing up in San Antonio. It still offers great food with friendly service for a very reasonable price. Still one of my favorite restaurants. Try one of their daily lunch specials. I love their combination plate with lemon chicken, Mongolian beef, egg roll and iced tea all for less than $8.
