TLDR; Recieved dead, crispy, and moldy flowers, Name of deceased was wrong x2, Owner ghosted after accepting a request for partial refund. If I could rate it lower, I would. We requested bright colour flowers and recieved flowers that looked dead. The placement was not well done, the flowers at the bottom were falling out and in disarray. We were referred to this florist by friends who had used his services multiple times and seen his work in person, so our expectations were high. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
