Do NOT trust this lawyer. We went in to do a Living Trust and he charged us an extra $500 to add a clause that the law already protects. That clause was completely unnecessary. Stay away from this office! Use them at your own risk.
We had a very positive experience overall. Communication was smooth, and although the meeting of today was brief, it was efficient and accomplished exactly what we needed. The fees were reasonable. We scheduled our initial consultation by phone about three weeks in advance. During the call, the legal assistant clearly explained the estimated costs and timeline, and informed us of the $150 consultation fee, which would be credited toward the final fee if we chose to move forward.
