We had a very positive experience overall. Communication was smooth, and although the meeting of today was brief, it was efficient and accomplished exactly what we needed. The fees were reasonable. We scheduled our initial consultation by phone about three weeks in advance. During the call, the legal assistant clearly explained the estimated costs and timeline, and informed us of the $150 consultation fee, which would be credited toward the final fee if we chose to move forward. My uncle recommended this place when I purchased my house a few years ago. Couldn’t be happier. Mr. Tran explained everything clearly and within the next week, we signed and got our documents. If you own a home and have children. Avoid probate and get a Family Trust.
professional advice with reasonable price
Went in for a consultation with mom and they asked to copy her DL. I've never gone in for a consultation anywhere that asked for your ID. Tran saw that we probably weren't going to use his service so he waived the $150. We had a lot of questions because we're pretty ignorant (hence coming here) and he acted super dismissive and impatient. At the end he basically told us if we don't pay $1650 today then he won't service us in the future. Agreed with many others that office provided not just rude service, and unprofessional staffs included lawyer himself. First, client is being overpaid for service which is not met customer requirements after customer’s needs has been discussed with the lawyer in Cantonese on first appointment less than 15 minutes was set by lawyer Second, lawyer has his assistant serviced customer on returned appointment by holding the Living Trust folders in front her and reading off the materials in English to Cantonese speaking client in ... read more
