I gave Thomas Hundley a check for $550 on July 14, 2022 to appraise my property. He said he could get me his appraisal in "about a week." I followed up numerous times over the next 6 weeks but I have received nothing. Total waste of time. He does not respond to emails, texts or voicemail messages. I finally had to hire a different appraiser to do the job.
