We were very pleased with the excellent performance from our realtor Shannon W. Grezaffi. She came to us as a referral and we were so impressed by her commitment to selling our home. She had professional photos taken of our home before listing it. She answered every call and text. She is very easy to talk to, friendly and full of positivity. If you are looking for a good realtor, someone that will truly take care of you and work for you, Shannon is that person.
Not even worth one star. Be FULL warned to not do business with Realtor Patti Rood (SALE.912123110-ACT). She was the selling agent and owner of a home we purchased in April 2022. My wife and I have been in the Tx property management and real estate industry since 1999.
