Best chinese restaurant in Los Altos Hunan Homes offers the best tasting chinese food. The menu is extensive and we have yet to order somthing that wasn't good. The waiters are not the friendliest but that is not a deterrent. They also offer food to go, which is as good as the food in the restaurant. PROS: CONS: Parking can be a little difficult during peak times
Best Chinese food I've ever had! – Okay, if you're looking for the same orange chicken, beef broccoli-type of Chinese food, don't come here! I've never been to China, so I don't know what authentic Chinese food really taste like, but if it tastes like the food over at Hunan Homes, then I'm booking my plane ticket now!! Even Better than the Chinese food in China! – I searched China for better honey walnut prawns and couldn't find any as good as the ones at Hunan Homes! Hands down the best Chinese food I've had in the area--don't pay more for the lesser food at other Chinese restaurants in the area. The food here is far better! The prices are reasonable, the food always comes quickly. . . I've been going here for years and have never been unhappy with my meals.

Pretty good place – I have had a run of bad Chinese food lately and Hunan Homes finally brought me out of my slump. Decent food and worth going to for a cheap eat. Service wasnt all that great, but then again I dont find great service at Chinese restaurants.
