The food made me sick for 3 days, and I never get sick. A friend owns a business nearby and says the back kitchen is unsanitary. Worst of all, the people there are VERY rude. I could not believe how rude they were. I have never left a review before, but this place is THE WORST.
Service was beyond horrible, food does not meet expectations – Simply put, Chow mein is universal. It's long noodles that are deep fried and crispy. I order chow mein from this place and I get a container delivered filled with meat and veggies along with a side of those little yellow scraps most asian restaraunts use in your basic egg drop soup. Don't listen to the bad review – I've been ordering from Hunan Express for 7 years and have never had a problem. Their food is great, fast and affordable. LOVE the egg rolls and the fried rice! It's just a hole in the wall so no point to eating in, but great for delivery or pick up.
If you want quick chinese food for eat in, this is an okay place to go, especially for your pocket book. But forget the delivery and take away! They screw up the order and the drivers give you crap for it when you tell them. They also give attitude when you try to correct them. Overall, DON'T go here if you want your order right the first time, not the 20th. BAD BAD SERVICE!
