Food is outstanding, prices are good, and so much variety in the options. Only gripe is the seats don't have cushion. I come here regularly now.
We tried the garlic fish based on the chef’s recommendation, and it was delicious! The fish was flavorful, tender, and not too oily, which I really appreciated. It paired perfectly with the chili fried chicken. The combination of the savory garlic fish and spicy, crispy chicken was so good. Definitely a great recommendation from the chef, and I would order both again!
Have been coming to Hunan Chef many times with Asian friends, so this is not just a one-time impression or something only I noticed. The same complaints about the service have come up again and again among all of us. The food is relatively authentic, and the overall atmosphere is fine.
