Terrible service. The woman was very rude and disrespectful. Because I had lost my gate key and she would have to open the gate for me I called to schedule a date and time to come and clear my things out (paid every month btw) Well she gave me the runaround saying she doesnt have time to do that, she doesnt have to do that its my fault for losing the gate key. My experience at Humtown Self-Storage was excellent. The owners where so nice to me. I felt so safe putting my stuff in the unit. It was all swept out nice and tidy. They even sell you the safest lock on the market for less than all of the stores. I highly recommend you store all of your stuff at Humtown Self-Storage!

very disrespectful – THE PERSON THAT KENNETH SNIDER TALKED TO ON THE PHONE WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL TO HIM , HE WAS TRYING TO FIND OUT ABOUT A KEY CARD THAT WAS RETURNED TO THEM ,SO HE COULD GET A REFUND FROM A STORAGE UNIT. THE STORAGE UNIT IN QUESTION WAS CLEANED OUT ON AUG-4 --3 HOURS AFTER WE WERE TOLD TO GET OUR BELONGINGS OUT OF THE STORAGE UNIT. IT DOES NOT TAKE MORE THAT 1 DAY OR 2 TO RECEIVE A KEY-CARD BACK IN THE MAIL, WHICH WAS RETURNED PROMPTLY. PLEASE GIVE US AN ANSWER TO THIS PLEASE? GARY WEBER
