Waited 30 minutes and tried to rebook as Dr Simona was running so late. Was told I would have to pay even though my appointment was 30 minutes ago. Questioned my medication and was told by Dr Simona that I will have to find another doctor as she found my questions "too much".

keep sending me details of a patient of theirs that have nothing to do with me.. i don't even live anywhere near there (around 4,000km away) won't answer their phones to let them know.. wouldn't recommend going there as they obviously don't care about breaching patient confidentiality.
Absolutely disgusting the way I've been treated since coming from Perth, the practice manager is a mental case, won't deal with my workers comp, more worried about $$ than my medical issues, shouldn't let personal issues get in the way of healthcare
