I had never used a property managemtn company when renting. I am very satisfied with Humphrey's. They make sure you know everything at time of moving in. They quickly get service people out if there is a propblem Very impressed with Humphrey's.
Tammy is easily the most unprofessional Property manager I have ever been in contact with and I've been in contact with over 20 PM's in the past 2 months. Proceed with caution if you get Tammy
Same story as most reviews on here. They told us we were the only applicants on a property. (There were 3 of us applying together at $40 each, so we spent $120 total to apply). As soon as we applied, they became non-responsive and it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of update. They strung us along for over a week, only to give us a dismissive decline at the end, saying the owner went with another applicant.
