Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money! Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency? Absolutely not. I was forced to call the emergency room.

Would you recommend this family doctor to others? Absolutely Not Does this provider remember you by name? No, I always have to remind them Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? No, they could have used some continuing education

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
