They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. No. I still haven't talked to them. Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I wasn't comfortable at all Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? No, no one seemed to notice I was there Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Did this provider rush your appointment? Yes, I felt like an annoyance! Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
