I am writing because I just called every phone number you have listed and not one has an answering machine! Amazing. What a way to do business. Terrible Customer Service To make a long story short....we renewed a termite contract with Humphreys on a house that we just bought. The previous owners used them, so we figured we would continue their services since they did previous work and knew the home. I realize now I made a HUGE mistake. I haven't even officially used their services and I have found them very rude, defensive and unprofessional. We are not living in the home at this time due to remodeling and I told them that.
