Mike completed an appraisal for a farm property on short notice and did so efficiently and thoroughly. He was professional, easy to work with, and delivered the report on time. I'd have no hesitation recommending him if your in need of appraisal services.
We had an appraisal done and the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. When we called the office with a few questions beforehand, we were met with vague, dismissive answers and an attitude that felt very “Karen-like entitled ” To make matters worse, another family member from the business got on the call and abruptly hung up instead of addressing our concerns. This family-run operation left us shocked at the lack of basic courtesy or professionalism. 0/10 attitude 0/10 professionalism
