We had an appraisal done and the experience was unprofessional from start to finish. When we called the office with a few questions beforehand, we were met with vague, dismissive answers and an attitude that felt very “Karen-like entitled ” To make matters worse, another family member from the business got on the call and abruptly hung up instead of addressing our concerns. This family-run operation left us shocked at the lack of basic courtesy or professionalism. 0/10 attitude 0/10 professionalism

James Hruska at Humphreys has been instrumental to my mortgage business. He has been extremely accommodating, highly professional and timely with his service. We recently had an urgent request that came in on a Friday. James was able to get to the client's property on Saturday and turn the report around by Monday morning.
