Total Disaster very poor evaluation... A child could do a better evaluation.. $800k less evaluation. Their agent Alex has no knowledge in this field, took wrong properties for comparison and burned me $1300. Stay away from them even if recommended by lenders.
Never use this company for appraisal services, they rob you for money to give you the lowest possible price of your house. They have very little to no experience in bigger house evaluations. All their good reviews are big fat lies, most probably done internally. Do Not trust Alex, she will make you feel worthless after her evaluation results.. my loc application got rejected because of her lousy evaluation and on the top I am out of $1300 too which I paid as their fee.
