Christi Franks is by far the best provider concerning shoulder pain and cortisone treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in providing care. I have had shoulder issues for over 35 years and she is best in class by far. I am three weeks into biceps tenodesis and recovering as expected. So far it has been tolerable. The surgery experience was smooth and without incident. I'll continue the review when I get to the 12 week point.
Humphrey Shoulder Clinic in Eagle, Idaho is outstanding. I’ve had both shoulders done by Dr. Humphrey a few years ago, and the results have been excellent. I recently went back in for a minor issue and the clinic's nurse (Christy Franks) is fantastic—very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. Highly would not recommend. Save yourself the time and find another clinic. Could not be more disappointed in the atmosphere and experience here.
I have used Humphrey Shoulder clinic on different occasions in 2016, and 2025. I had friends and family share different shoulder care providers with me , but I’m sold on the care and healing that I have experienced at Humphrey’s. The office staff are very professional and friendly, which is important when I’m suffering! They were very available to diagnose and discuss routes to solve my issue.
