Fairly certain, I have spoken with the same lady every time. But I have been entirely unable to speak to someone else. Still have yet to get a call back from anyone else after leaving several messages over the last couple weeks. She just takes down my information and sends me to voicemail. I have been trying to get ahold of someone else there for weeks now and have only found one person that is entirely unhelpful and she can’t even suggest when I should expect a callback. I was referred to the Humphrey Law Firm by a friend, and eventually hired them to represent me in a lawsuit.
