I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. From the beginning, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, leaving me feeling like my concerns didn’t matter. When it came to the installation of the air conditioning units, the work was negligent and careless. Not only was the system installed incorrectly, but it also created additional issues that should never have happened had the job been done properly the first time. Terrible customer service and poor workmanship when unit was installed. Home is a little over two years old and they did initial installation without connecting vents properly therefore allowing condensation to build up and create water damage in the guest bedroom. They absolutely shunned it off and were willing to fix it, but of course it would entail a service call….They are only about the money. Highly, highly recommend Fulford. They came the same day and were about half the price of Humphrey.
Mold/Mildew Issues - Express caution! We’ve been dealing with recurring mold growth around our bathroom fans in our new construction home, and our builder confirmed that Humphrey Heating & Air was the HVAC installer. Despite multiple service requests over the last two years, the issue has only worsened. The company installed backflow dampers last year as a supposed fix, but the mold returned, now spreading even more. Wish I could give 5 stars. Debated between 1-2. After paying $660+ for 2 hours of labor, and being told it would be ANOTHER $100+ service fee to come out and check if the massive leaking seal was supposed to be like that…. I had to leave a review. Also, unit is around 3 years old and they have been out more times than I can count. Asked if it could be a lemon and was shrugged off. Put some quick tape around leak and house is crisp and cool.
