2025/09/29 I had a tech come to my house today. I work from home, but I told them my 18 year old would be there. They said this was fine. The guy gets there and she tells him that she is not authorized to charge more than we told her which was $138.00. He acknowledged what she said and proceeded to put a part on the a/c unit and charged us $207 and change . When I called the office Tiffany was like at least he did not charge you the full price of $350 or more. I will never use there service again. The rip people off and take... read more
Jessica and her team were amazing. We had a plumbing issue and they came out after hours to fix the problem. Unfortunately they were not able to fix it completely that night but they got us to where we could use our plumbing and they were back out first thing in the morning to solve the problem. They were in contact with us every step of the way. She even reached back out to make sure we were happy and everything was working perfectly.
