OMG. What a treat! The location is very unassuming since it’s in a strip mall, but once you step inside it’s quite adorable. There’s a gambling bar to the left that’s a little loud, but the restaurant itself is great. Our server was a young kid with a very sweet disposition. He was helpful and kind. The food was the highlight. Everything was packed with flavor and had so much depth. We ordered three dishes and we would order them all again. I was pleasantly surprised at Hummus Vitality. Stopping in for lunch, I was most impressed with the quality if food, the flavorful dishes, and the cleanliness of the front and back of house. Nicely done.
