These apartmemts are for seniors only (54 and up), they have nice floor plans of 1 and 2 bedrooms and it's location is convienient to shopping. However, there is a huge mold problem that the management continually passes off on to the residents by making these elderly people clean the mold when it's found, which is clearly the facilities responcibility.
