Worst office ever!!!! You can NEVER talk to a live voice, it’s that stupid AI that tries to navigate calls. Just go out of business if you don’t want to deal with people! No one returns calls also. Very unprofessional behavior!

This medical office is really very low on patient responsiveness and care for situations. I’ve asked for statement of medical necessity documents since January I’ve emailed Esmeralda many times, called nobody calls back they use this AI answering service and nobody calls back. Nobody answers the phone nothing I can’t trust these people with my health anymore. **These people are scammers. Dont give them any money. They say they only accept cash** After waiting 3 months for my appointment, they canceled it and rescheduled until after my insurance had expired. I asked them if I could pay out of pocket and how much it would be. When I get to the appointment. They lady first tells me that they wont see me without insurance and then that they do accept it but that it has to be paper cash and before the appointment.
