Allie is so kind, gentle & thorough! I really love that she's has lots of tools in her toolbelt. She's so knowledgeable thoughtful about her craft that she let's my body's needs guide what tool or technique she uses. Never just the standard routine crack & pop routine many employ. She follows her knowledge, intuition & the movement of your body to give an EXCELLENT full care treatment that goes beyond a basic adjustment. The atmosphere at her shop near her home is also very calm & private. I'm so grateful I found her!
Dr Allie is pure magick! Her hands know just where to go to help alleviate tension and pain, her words are calming and kind, she’s also hilarious and fun! I love how she does more than just adjust the spine, she also helps adjust the mind and spirit in so many ways!
Ally has help with my constant back pain from multiple accidents. I have also learned so much more about me and my body structure. I now have the awareness to know what I can do in order to stay pain free longer. She truly listens to me and I am forever grateful. Ally has helped me in correcting my bad posture and understanding the importance of an aligned body.
