My experience here has been nothing but amazing! I was blessed to come across this company 2 1/2 years ago. I have only been met with respect and support. I will always be grateful to my hummingbird family for always making me feel so welcomed and always extremely supportive . I highly recommend hummingbird care home not only for someone who Is currently looking for a job, but also a place to meet your family’s needs.
I've had the pleasure of working with Hummingbird Care Home as a contractor for several years, and I can't say enough good things about them. The staff is incredibly respectful and genuinely caring, always going the extra mile to support everyone. Every time I walk into one of their care homes, I'm amazed by the dedication and warmth of the people there. It's truly a joy to work alongside such wonderful and compassionate individuals.
The best company of its type in town. I have never seen, heard of or been with a company that offers such amazing opportunity for advancement for those who work hard, who avoid drama and seek to excel and to make meaningful contributions. The owners, admin and management care for the people supported in a way that is heartwarming and real and the DSPs are incredible!
would not entrust the care of those I love with this organization. The problem is not the caregivers, but middle and upper management. These levels of management consistently make poor decisions that negatively affects residents in their care. Many of these choices can be attributed to incompetence and cost-cutting.
