Not only is there a genuine care for their client's happiness and well-being, but for the staff and management as well. I was hired end of August so far i am truly happy and grateful for the opportunity to learn new things and challenge myself. My program manager Amber is truly amazing everyone in the house thinks so. We gave her a certificate of appreciation because even higher ups needs to be recognized for outstanding job...to have a whole house on the same page in agreement that we couldn't have a better program manager than the one we have now. I’ve been a very proud employee with Hummingbird for 5 years and I don’t think I will ever leave. I’ve been in health care for close to 15 years, and have never experienced a “home” like Hummingbird. I have received more than a fair salary, a flexible schedule, compassion, support, and total respect. They put our clients first.
