Have had nothing but great experiences. I ordered a fuel injector via overnight mail as I needed it to go 4 wheeling the last day my OHV trails were open. It should have come with a copper gasket/washer. Due to a computer glitch it didn't. Missed my trip. Called them to ask if they normally ship with replacement washers. Guy says yes. It was a computer error. Sorry you couldn't go on your trip and refunded my overnight shipping. He straight up owned it! The refund was his idea. World class customer service!
