The staff I spoke with was honestly really rude and didn’t even know how to speak properly. They had this unnecessary attitude the whole time, like they were in charge or something, which made the whole interaction really frustrating. I really hope the clinic looks into their staff because that kind of behavior isn’t acceptable. Dr. Humera Syeda is great though—very kind, respectful, and professional. It’s just disappointing that the staff doesn’t match that same level of care.
