Got social housing from Hume beautiful near new building 1brm. Love it. Been responsive to needs. New review update. The property looks beautiful but is a death trap extreme heats no fans well above safe standards RTA breeches all over the place the balcony rail top floor isn’t legally safely secured. It’s a long way down. There is no ventilation on the property to get extreme heats out. The glass roof on the balcony of which is not structural is hitting temperatures over 60C and transferring inside. They have refused to fix... read more

Do not rent. Officers neglect their responsibility with repairs. Do not trust Ann any repairs just go to the ombudsmen do not even give them a chance to sweep it under the rug. Then they try to cover it up and said it never happen. Contractors treat this as a Ponzi scheme with Ann the asset manager being aware but choose the blame the tenants instead.
