I spoke with them on the phone 3 months ago about the junk, wood, rubbish,old furniture and even a whole disgusting mattress just thrown next to the fence of their community housing building and between the property where I live, all this items collecting mold, attracting rodents, and is clearly a fire hazard. And of course, nothing happened. A company run by lazy, unprofessional clowns🤡🤡.
My sister had some accomodation with Hume housing, she has left over 3 months ago, the rent continued to be charged even though she had left, that was eventually stopped, now after 3 months we are still owed rent which was over charged and bond which hasn’t been returned, use this company at your discretion.
I have repeatedly spoken to my upstairs neighbours politely over a long period about noise at night, but there was no improvement. I have also been complaining about ongoing noise issues from upstairs neighbours to Hume through the neighbourhood relationship manager for almost two years.
