I spoke with them on the phone 3 months ago about the junk, wood, rubbish, and even a whole disgusting mattress just thrown next to the fence of their community housing building on Station Street 2165 and between the property where I live, all this items collecting mold, attracting rodents, and is clearly a fire hazard. And of course, nothing happened. A company run by lazy, unprofessional clowns👎🤡🤡.

Communication, professionalism and management is seriously lacking. Dealing with Michelle Araiji has not been an enjoyable experience, lot of things seem to slip through the cracks - even simple administrative tasks like sending reports or statements. She doesn't even have the decency or courtesy to address the recipient correctly. Really not a good look on the company as a whole - you need to work on the quality of your services and hire proper staff.
It’s long waiting time and never communicate with you. There are given people who pay under the table.
