I hate to write this but I have no choice. I bought an expensive amplifier from Humbucker Music, it was damaged. I called them, they said it was ok. I couldn’t accept that so I reached out to the manufacturer. The manufacturer advised that without question it was damaged. They had me ship it back to them for a warranty claim, this is a brand new amplifier. Humbucker didn’t replace or refund rather I had to deal with a warranty claim.
