I’m frustrated with how hard it has become to simply contact a doctor’s office and be treated with basic respect. I understand clinics are busy. I understand staff are under pressure. But patients should not be spoken to rudely, dismissed, or refused basic accountability when they are only trying to access care. Very rude receptionist. I requested a telephone appointment with my family Dr. Appointment was set. Dr didn't call so I called clinic asking if there was something wrong with the phone as I didn't receive a call. She insisted I was not given a phone appointment I told her I specifically requested one and she insinuated I wasn't listening and was very arrogant and hostile basically callibg me a lier. Insinuating are arguing shecsaid it was a in office appointment

Doctors are great, but the front desk staff need serious improvement. The doctors here are knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely care about their patients. However, the front-end staff completely ruin the experience. They’re consistently rude, short-tempered, and have an attitude even when you’re polite. There’s no excuse for that kind of behavior in a healthcare setting. Patients deserve respect and compassion from everyone in the office, not just the doctors.
