I cannot say enough wonderful things about this assisted living facility. The staff are compassionate, attentive, and truly treat the residents like family. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable, safe and cared for. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere that makes it feel like home. Food was frozen pot pies and instant soup, not home cooked. Alarmingly in need of repairs such as unsecured doors going to decks with stairs and a broken chair lift. They are trying to get enough clients to get it to run effectively. Right now they send the one worker on staff home when the residents are gone. Owners repeatedly lied to clients who were paying for the care and eventually I feared for my father’s safety. I wish them luck, at this point they don’t have enough cash flow to run or repair the facility effectively.... read more
