I had a really disappointing experience at this Ford dealership. Communication was poor from the start—no one seemed interested in helping. When I finally spoke with a salesperson, they gave vague answers about pricing and kept pushing add-ons I clearly said I didn’t want. Overall the whole visit felt unprofessional and rushed. Definitely not the kind of service I expected, I won’t be coming back.
The service department at Humboldt Ford always gets the work done by the time promised. They are very thorough when making sure that my vehicle is in good condition.
Easy car buying experience, no pressure sales, quick and easy financing, I didn’t have to spend all day their, they allowed me and my wife to test drive whatever we wanted to ensure we got the right vehicle. Very happy with my purchase. I will be back for a truck.
