Our motorhome developed a very loud noise and a lot of vibration about 5 miles from Humboldt Ford. We are snowbirds and we were on our way to Washington state from Arizona. Our motorhome is built on a Ford chassis so we went directly to Humboldt Ford. We were treated as if we were close relatives of the owners. They quickly diagnosed our problem and located the part that we needed, but the part was $5,000 and at a Ford dealership in Ohio. Jorge and Octavio were awesome at working with me to make the purchase of our new Bronco easy. An issue arose with some miscommunication with the lending institution that changed the payment from the agreed upon deal. Octavio immediately took action and ensured that the mistakes were corrected and did this on a Friday at end of business and secured the original amount agreed upon and I drove out with my new Bronco that next Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend.
