I’ve tried calling to make an appointment 2 times now and not a single answer back I’ve waited the first time for an hour in second place on hold and the second time for almost 2 hours in the same spot in second place and not a single persons doing their jobs pretty pathetic for a doctors office can’t even make an appointment if I wanted to maybe they should get the doctors to do over the phone appointment if they want to much you wait on elevator music forever people got jobs and can’t be waiting this long that’s stupid Hum... read more

It’s not the first time I have this encounter in this establishment, but its the very first time I wrote a feedback that the receptionist were so rude! You should be train how to handle phone calls professionally and be advise how to manage stress properly if you were. You are there to assist callers/patients not to throw your frustrations out of nowhere. We need to be respected like we do respect you. Talk in a professional manner otherwise choose a job that doesn’t require you to talk professionally.
