I find reception rude most of the time! I have always appreciated having access to a family physician in our community. Unfortunately, my recent interaction with the front desk left me feeling dismissed and spoken to without compassion. I understand and accept the missed appointment policy, including the fee. My concern is not the policy itself but how it was communicated. Patients who are already stressed or dealing with health concerns deserve to be treated with courtesy and empathy. The front desk younger and mid aged ladies are rude and give off impression like they don’t want to talk to me or help me out. Will not be visiting or referring anyone to this clinic.

I’ve tried calling to make an appointment 2 times now and not a single answer back I’ve waited the first time for an hour in second place on hold and the second time for almost 2 hours in the same spot in second place and not a single persons doing their jobs pretty pathetic for a doctors office can’t even make an appointment if I wanted to maybe they should get the doctors to do over the phone appointment if they want to much you wait on elevator music forever people got jobs and can’t be waiting this long that’s stupid Hum... read more
