Julia has a grounded, peaceful presence that encourages a quiet massage, focusing on the pleasure of the kneading, so I wasn’t needing to talk. While she gave permission to speak up regarding the amount of pressure and music choice, I was pleased with both. Julie gives a terrific massage! She has dramatically reduced my shoulder pains and I was able to increase weight at the gym without suffering. You can feel the focus when she is working and she is deceptively strong! My brain turned off, I could have walked into traffic, it was that deep, relaxing and therapeutic. And sometimes there is a dog!
