Everyone in the office has been very helpful and responsive.

They sound very polite, but nothing gets done. I would think when the public has a need they would be able to respond. It has been almost 3 weeks and no response. I actually spoke with a representative. It is not like no one got the message and it was lost. Just got off the phone again. They cannot upload information they have or notify a homeowner that they are billing taxes except once a year. They do not give this information for homeowners, so they are stuck with paying much larger escrow bills until October. So Crazy!!!
