My mom was admitted to Humboldt hospital from nearby nursing home. Once all settled in and late when all asleep, staff took time to explain what was going on, treatment + patient needs. Same staff member called me 2 days later with update + change of room/phone info. So greatly appreciated as I’m from a province over, Nurse Andrea, you’re the best + know how to make far away family at ease when they can’t be there.
