Although they left a few items in the yard, they did a great job. Curtis Tucker was exceptionally professional and thorough, going above and beyond what was expected of him. I am elderly and he was wonderful to me. I would highly recommend Humbled Roofing to anyone.
My inspection and quote included replacement of damaged gutters and downspouts. Humbled did NOT replace these, forcing me to get a 3rd party contractor. Additionally, there was damage to the home created by Humbled workers that Humbled refused to correct. I had the work corrected myself. I had to negotiate with a Humbled representative to come to an agreement on final cost. Absolutely one of the worst experience with a company I’ve ever had. Was approached by Dusty and the owner of the company. Promised my wife and I they will replace my roof …. Don’t worry about anything, you’re in great hands. Came out and replaced my roof. They didn’t bother to take any precautions for my exterior.Shingles were thrown off roof hitting the sides of my house. Representative has trespassed on our property ringing door bell and leaving a card trying to solicit business. We have a very prominent "No Soliciting" sign posted on the end of the driveway. It's too bad that a company cannot respect a No Soliciting sign and has to go door to door to solicit business.
Humbled Roofing was prompt with the arrival of materials as promised. Their customer service was very reliable. The project manager, Christian followed up with what he promised, the service we could expect as the old roof was being replaced. After the new roof was installed, taking only one and a half days, clean up was completed perfectly. We highly recommend this company for roof replacement.
