After inspections from USAA and two other roofing companies failed to get my hail-damaged roof approved, Matthew stepped in and went above and beyond. He helped with quick roof repairs at no upfront cost and no contract, and even assisted several of our neighbors with similar issues who were able to get full roof replacements. “Kaleb came out to check out a leak in my roof, and turns out my roof was at the end of its lifespan. He offered a repair solution and a total roof replacement and walked me through the pros and cons of each. We went with a total replacement. The work was professionally and quickly done. To the extent of my knowledge, it appeared well done. However, paperwork seems an issue. I requested a receipt, to have available to show to potential future buyers.
