Christian and Jacob were very professional! They did everything they said they would do and on time! The crew putting our new roof on were efficient and did a beautiful job. The gutter guy came when expected and made our gutter covers blend in with the roof. We’ve had multiple complements on our new roof and have been told it’s the best looking roof installation people have seen! We’re pleased to recommend Humbled Roofing!
They do good work prices are too high for replacement OSB. But my main problem with them is their lack of warranty. Good luck getting a phone call ahead of time. I got my call when the door bell notified me on my phone. I will not recommend this company. I had to pay someone else to take care of the warranty work.
Although they left a few items in the yard, they did a great job. Curtis Tucker was exceptionally professional and thorough, going above and beyond what was expected of him. I am elderly and he was wonderful to me. I would highly recommend Humbled Roofing to anyone.
My inspection and quote included replacement of damaged gutters and downspouts. Humbled did NOT replace these, forcing me to get a 3rd party contractor. Additionally, there was damage to the home created by Humbled workers that Humbled refused to correct. I had the work corrected myself. I had to negotiate with a Humbled representative to come to an agreement on final cost. Absolutely one of the worst experience with a company I’ve ever had. Was approached by Dusty and the owner of the company. Promised my wife and I they will replace my roof …. Don’t worry about anything, you’re in great hands. Came out and replaced my roof. They didn’t bother to take any precautions for my exterior.Shingles were thrown off roof hitting the sides of my house. My house is stucco, and had just recently been repainted at the cost of 20,000 dollars. My stucco was left with black marks all over my house. Also my fl... read more
