I went to Humble Roots and received my first ever facial with McKenzie. It was such a wonderful experience. I was able to easily book an appointment and review the services they offered on their website When I arrived, McKenzie asked about my skin concerns and goals. Then we discussed the different products and we picked out which ones to use together. I liked that my concerns and wants were very listened to and addressed. Humble Roots is so professional and amazing at what they do! Katlyn did an amazing job fixing what was previously done from another local hairdresser. She took her time to ask me questions to get to know me and my hair. She did such an awesome job! I’ve been coming back ever since then!
