I came in today and spoke with a gentleman with long hair and all he said was. You will have to come back sometime next week. We are very busy and can’t see you today. I advised him today is my only day off. He just blew me off and said sorry to hear that. We are very busy try again next week and walked away. It’s 1 pm and they close at 5. Will never return to this place again.
No phone ethics at all. The staff could not even hold a proper conversation. Then the price was the final straw. They wanted over $70 for a simple oil change, when Valvoline does the exact same service for around $30. Nothing about the experience made me feel like the higher price was justified. If you care about respectful communication and fair pricing, look elsewhere.
