The manager is so patient with me it’s a relief that she understands we are not moving and grooving like we used to an actually take the time out to help without feeling rushed or ashamed to ask for help nice job

I've caught management telling only a few people not to smoke on the property as I was coming up to visit family member. But yet I've also caught several of the tenants smoking cigarettes the workers there, the maintenance man, and a few others smoking cigarettes. But I've always noticed that I've been hearing about this worker in a certain other worker that works for the tenants not the apartment the tenants. First off let me say they have poor customer service I don't know how they manage a whole apartment complex when they don't even respond to people I can't imagine that they get anything done on time with the residents. My 77 yo father and I traveled all the way from South Houston for a scheduled appointment for a tour of the community and to get some information to consider a0plying. We get there 30 mins. early. been here for about a month-and-a-half and it's a good place to live. my apartment has all new flooring, cabinets, fresh paint, the works. my neighbors are nice and quiet. Amanda, the site manager, is super friendly and helpful and takes care of things quickly. it took me a while to find my way around the complex. the person who designed it must have been on acid! there's a lot of airport noise but not a big deal and nothing that keeps me up at night. would definitely recommend.
