I highly recommend working with Ben. His approach is very gentle and affective. After a handful of visits, I have found relief for my neck pain. Not only did Ben address the main issue of discomfort in my neck, but he did a full body assessment and worked on areas I didn’t realize needed adjustment. He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This type of bodywork was new for me and I am so glad I tried it out!

Ben did an amazing job and is an MT I trust and recommend. He is knowledgeable, professional, and passionate in what he does. He really helped me understand what might be causing some of my pain areas and seemed to genuinely care about getting to the solution! I've had a lot of pretty profound massages but humble hands definitely sets the bar when I need very specific help. This isn't your regular style massage service. Ben is gifted. Very gentle and effective. I experienced immediate relief and awesome changes in my body. This is my first choice for a body tune up.
