My husband called to place an order and was put on hold for over 15 minutes then hung up on before he could actually speak to anyone. We used to call this place for all our flowers. Not anymore. They've just lost a lot of business.
Ive never written a review before but when my girlfriend wasnt home, instead of leaving them on the porch, they called and got the address of her work and delivered them there. I got lots of brownie points for their efforts.
