Michelle was great on customer service by coming out and measuring and getting a quote that day.
Robert and Charlie were great to work with and the entire team was very professional. We had a few hiccups with scheduling, but nothing we couldn’t resolve. I even had a family emergency and had to fly out of state the day of installation and their team did the install and locked back up with no issues. I was able to get a better grade of carpet than what was initially installed by the builders for just a few dollars more.
