When I first planned to write this review I was thinking to myself “it’s the weekend before Easter it’s going to be busy”… I arrive and was quoted a 30 Minute wait; it was almost an hour before I was actually getting serviced. Once the service started the pedicure 10/10 was amazing. The manicure I would not get again- I got a basic manicure with regular polish. Everyone is so nice, I always love my nails when leave. 🩷
Good salon however really poor customer service. Arrived and no time was given. Assigned chair 1 for a pedi within 5 mins, waited another 30. Asked how much longer then told another 30! 2 customers entered- 1 services and the other told 30. Appears regulars without appts are favored. Wait time are inconsistent, lack of follow up when there. My last visit last month was not a pleasant one however I returned thinking it would be better- I was better off not.
Love this place! Love #216 pink! Everyone is nice professional, and the place is clean and top notch with the best products! They all do great work!!! I always have happy toes and nails when I leave:-) Thank you for providing a comfortable environment and being amazing!!!
