I have been bringing my two vehicles in to Humberview for service for a number of years and have experienced no problems. Most recently, however, i brought one of my vehicles in to have the brakes and the a/c checked. I received a text saying that the repairs would cost $5,000. No phone call to explain what had to be done. I declined the service and when i went to pick up the car i was told i had to pay $500. No work had been done to the car and had i known that it would cost $500 to tell me what was wrong i would have decli... read more
