I visited this store last year to inquire about some jewellery and a Rolex. I was paired with a sales rep who’s name was Ghazal the interaction was not pleasant to say the least as she seemed like I was just wasting her time. She left me with her contact info which I had to ask her for and I have tried contacting her over 4 times since the visit and have not even received a response. Honestly speaking, it is very simple to check if these reviews are real or not. Simply call the boutique, ask for the owner and ask him if he has any Rolex watch for sale. His answer is always this "I don't have any Rolex for sale". So, close the store or stop joking....
