Humberto’s is amazing, extremely knowledgeable and HONEST!! For the past year my X5 has been in and out of another shop. Last week I had to have my 2009 BMW X 5 towed in to Humberto’s Euro Motor. It’s pretty much been a constant headache. Humberto quickly picked up on the root cause of the issue and had it fixed without trying to sell me a laundry list of of issues. Humberto & Javier have a work ethic second to none. Humberto replaced some oil cooler lines on my MGB Roadster/Tourer today . He installed the lines much differently & BETTER than they were. Meticulous.
I think that anyone looking for an honest, experienced, and professional repair facility for their BMW's or Mercedes Benz, they should visit Humberto's. They recently completed two repairs on my 2011 BMW 740IL that saved me literally thousands of dollars compared to prices that were quoted to me by two different BMW dealerships. These people are hidden gems. They know their business and they appreciate their customers. What more can you ask for?
Took my 2002 sl500 there yesterday. Agree with others. Humberto is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had a last minute additional request to adjust my parking brake release which they did for no additional cost. Will definitely go back.
Humberto has been taking care of my '99 BMW 318ti for about 4 years now, and I can't say enough about professional and accommodating he and his staff are. Any time I have a concern or a question, he unfailingly takes the time to listen. No matter how large or small the job, it's done timely and well.
