Gigi is great. She is kind and sweet to the patients. As I wait for my turn to see the Doctor, I was watching how she is interacting with patients and she is great. I also like Dr Luftspring. At first I thought he looks so strict and unapproachable. But once I got to know him, he is nice and a good doctor.
Cannot tell anything about the doctor—did not make it to see him/her. The receptionist is weird: calls are never answered, and there is no interest in new patients at all. The lady is sitting with her journal open (one booked time slot for a day) and saying, 'I cannot tell when we will have an opening. Maybe in two weeks from now...'
Great people: efficient, helpful, to the point, yet take their time. Nice, clean facility. Doc knows what he is doing. He is caring and always asking the right questions. The front desk woman is really helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.
A great doctor. Has helped in so many ways. Is genuinely concerned for his patients. Called to check in on us basically after hours. Referrals to specialists when needed. Filled in forms quickly, prescription renewal prompt. No complaints. We moved away but didn’t give him up.
