Worst place ever! They do not accept debit or credit. Just CASH! As a professional, are you guys are avoiding something legal? I understand that I get receipt of my payment, but what if I need to show a proof under my bank statement? I urge the management to teach some sort of manners to the front 3 receptionists, no professionalism seen at all.
Both Dr. Batra and Dr. Kholi amazing. Even the front desk as well as the folks at the pharmacy within this Clinic very friendly and professional. We are glad we have such a world-class Clinic close to where we live.
I called twice, but the first time, they picked up the phone and didn't even answer they just waited for 3 seconds and then hung up. The second time, I called, and the receptionist told me to please hold, and after 3 mins of waiting, I asked if they did any blood work, and the receptionist asked me what my name was. I repeated my question and asked her if they did any blood test, and she asked me what my last name was. I told her that I only wanted to know if they did any blood work. It’s been almost 7 years, not happy with the services! To get through an appointment is such a tricky task. I think time should be valued on both the side.
Has been seeing Dr Batra and Dr Kohli since 8 years. Hats off the best doctors we can have for our family. Even though we live hour away from the clinic we have always visited them. They have the great knowledge and their diagnose and medication is always on point
