Friendly and welcoming staff. Dr. Batra is good as well
I’ve had a very positive experience with Dr.Batra and Dr. Kohli — they are both kind, professional, and truly care about their patients. I appreciate the quality of care they provide and feel confident in their treatment. However, my experience with the front desk has been quite disappointing. The receptionist’s behavior has often come across as rude and unprofessional, which makes it difficult and uncomfortable to communicate or ask for help. Gross professional misconduct by one particular lady on the front desk who uses more "my dear" phrases in a conversation than listening to the patients.
