The worst experience I have had since coming to Canada. Visited twice all the way from Hamilton to get a viewing, got the viewing after numerous phone calls. Submitted the rental application along with all required documents 3 weeks before the moving date but the management kept asking for more documents (including child benefit proof which never made sense) while continuously reassuring that the no one has submitted an application & we are the potential tenants.
