The sales rep, Cory, was fantastic and answered all my questions. When we got to financing, I feel like there could have been more communication during the approval process. There was a delay in my case and I had to call multiple times to get status updates. I feel like even a call each day past the spoken timeframe to say "we're still waiting" is better than nothing. My experience at Humber Ford was great. All the service staff are wonderful to deal with..
I bought a truck there, was asked what I wanted which they delivered on. The sales rep, Ashley, went above and beyond to make sure I had what I wanted. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone. I will deal with them in the future again I'm sure.
