I had the same experience as in the review by Richard Hollowell. I have served as an economics consultant since 1992, including in many litigation matters. I won't bother listing my credentials and testimony experience here -- anyone can find them quickly on the internet. I receive my cases from many different sources, although primarly recommendations from current clients. I shot a one year air-ball with Humatec thinking I would get at least one expert witness opportunity. Instead, I didn't even get one law firm interview on a case in the many disciplines I serve including banking, real estate, bankruptcy, professional liability, partnership disputes, condominiums, timeshares, homeowner associations, lender liability, real estate tax districts, property management, leasing, and real estate development.
